Craftz by Cass ships through USPS, due to COVID-19 you may experience some shipping delays. Our current 5-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) does not include shipping days. Please note that once your order has been shipped we are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged items but please contact us for any questions or concerns.
